Detail Lead, Permanent Full Time

We’re hiring a Detail Lead to run one of the busiest detail departments in the city. This role requires someone who is steady, organized, and proud of delivering consistently excellent work—especially when things get busy. You’re the calm center of the storm: someone who keeps standards tight, communicates clearly about workload and timelines, and makes smart decisions under pressure. You take pride in structure, process, and quality, and you bring a steady leadership presence that the team can count on.
What you'll be doing:
Providing daily structure and direction for the detailing team to ensure consistent, high-quality results
Coordinating workflow between Sales, Service, and Management, and communicating clearly when timelines or capacity need adjustment
Performing and overseeing all aspects of vehicle detailing, including:
Major & minor interior/exterior cleaning
Shampooing, polishing, waxing, and reconditioning
Protective coatings and finishing work
Pre-delivery prepare and final QC checks
Maintaining organized bays, tools, and processes to keep the department running smoothly
Monitoring workload, identifying challenges early, and communicating them proactively
Supporting a quality-first culture where every vehicle leaves the shop at FFUN standards
What we’re looking for:
Proven leadership ability or experience in a team lead, senior detailer, or similar role
Strong communication skills with the ability to guide and motivate team members
Must have a valid Class 5 Saskatchewan Driver’s License upon employment
Must be reliable, punctual, and dependable
Ability to multi-task
High energy and the mindset to take initiative
