Are you a driven individual looking to kickstart your career in strategic business development? Join our dynamic team in Sydney, Canada, as a Strategic Development Program Trainee! This comprehensive program offers an exciting opportunity to learn every aspect of our business operations while developing your professional skills.
Progress through a multi-phased training program covering various business functions
Learn about warehouse logistics, including product knowledge and sales support
Gain hands-on experience in operations, customer service, and order management
Develop skills in inside sales and project management for large-scale initiatives
Explore outside sales and account management, including business development and contract negotiation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand different aspects of the business
Assist in inventory management, pricing controls, and financial statement analysis
Contribute to improving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
Participate in continuous learning and development activities

Qualifications
