The Role: Want to be a part of our exciting growth journey?
We''re on the lookout for a passionate and driven Channel Manager to spearhead our partner relationships within key ERP channels. This is more than just a role; it''s an opportunity to shape the future of our company by generating leads and sourcing new demo opportunities that will drive our success.
As a Channel Manager, you''ll be at the heart of our growth strategy. Your mission: to forge and nurture relationships with Value-Added Resellers (VARs) and other key partners within our ERP ecosystem. You''ll be the face of our company, attending events, hosting webinars, and finding innovative ways to engage and expand our network.
Key Responsibilities
Book Demos: Generate qualified leads through our partners and manage new demos to convert these leads into customers, ensuring a seamless customer experience and fostering long-term relationships.
Account Management: Deliver outstanding day-to-day account management for partner relationships, including regular communication, proactive support, and timely updates to ensure our partners feel valued, empowered, and informed.
Relationship Building: Create, develop, and nurture deep connections with VARs within our ERP ecosystems, helping them understand our value proposition and motivating them to create new opportunities for demos, ultimately driving business growth and success.
Event and Conference Engagement: Be the face of our brand at industry events and conferences, hosting webinars and finding unique engagement points to connect with and expand our network of key partners within channels, fostering a sense of community and driving business results.
Communication: Facilitate regular communication and provide timely updates to our extended ecosystem network, ensuring seamless collaboration and mutual success, and promoting a culture of transparency and trust.
Who You Are:
You bring 3+ years of experience working closely with or within the relevant ERP ecosystem (Syspro, Acumatica, Sage), with a proven track record of success and a deep understanding of the landscape.
You''re a people person with extensive networks and a genuine passion for connecting with others, building and maintaining relationships, and driving business growth.
You''re driven, proactive, and always looking for ways to excel and innovate beyond the confines of your role, thriving in a fast-paced environment and embracing challenges as opportunities for growth.
