Job Type: Full Time
Schedule:
Mondays 8am - 4pm
Tuesdays 9am - 5pm
Wednesdays 9am - 5pm
Thursdays 11am - 7pm
Fridays 8am - 4pm

Heritage Park Dental has been serving the community since 2005, providing a range of dental services including check-ups, digital x-rays, fillings, crowns and bridges, root canal therapy, implant placement surgery, and wisdom teeth extractions. What you’ll do:
Be the warm, welcoming face of the clinic, ensuring every patient feels valued and cared for
Manage phone calls, direct inquiries, and efficiently book appointments
Maintain and organize the patient database with accuracy and confidentiality
Oversee insurance claims, billing systems, and follow up with insurance companies
Establish and manage office protocols to keep operations running smoothly
Coordinate and optimize appointment schedules
Provide leadership and foster a team culture focused on outstanding client service
What you’ll bring to the role:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a dental clinic environment. Experience in clinics that offer Implants and sleep would be considered an asset.
Knowledge of dental billing and insurance protocols
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Cleardent is an asset
Strong communication skills – both verbal and written
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Friendly, professional demeanour with a patient-first mindset
Ability to multitask and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
