What challenge is waiting for you?
As a threon Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in helping our clients optimize their project, program, and portfolio management practices. You will:
Guide clients through the full project lifecycle, from planning and execution to closure, ensuring effective stakeholder coordination and proactive risk management.
Set clear priorities across project portfolios and programs, aligning initiatives with strategic objectives.
Produce clear, structured documentation tailored to various audiences, including steering committees and project teams.
Communicate with confidence and diplomacy, building trust, navigating sensitive situations, and motivating teams toward shared goals.
Adapt your communication style and approach to suit different contexts, ensuring engagement and clarity across all levels of the organization.
Deliver tailored solutions based on proven methodologies and best practices, helping clients improve efficiency and achieve measurable results.

What do you bring to the table?
Fluency in French and English (non negotiable)!
Minimum 5 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in project management.
A recognized project management certification (e.g. PMP, Prince2, IPMA or equivalent).
Proven expertise in the full project lifecycle: from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure.
Proficiency in MS Project and the Microsoft Office Suite is a plus
Soft skills such as stakeholder management, communication skills, adaptability, …
Flexible in your working locations and willing to work from our customer’s sites (within a reasonable distance).
Experience in the energy and/or public sector is considered a strong plus.
