Job Title Finance Translator Location Canada - Quebec Position Type Volunteer Job Description Translates finance reference materials and communications from English to French to equip French-speaking finance colleagues with the resources they need for their roles. Ensures translations meet the needs of the target audience. Responsibilities: Translate finance reference materials and communications from English to French Review existing French translations for consistency and accuracy Coordinate with supervisor to set priorities and timelines Track and report on progress of assigned translation projects Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Full Professional French Limited Working English, at a minimum Familiarity with finance and accounting concepts and vocabulary Work Ethics and Values Writing Skills Using Information Technology Attention to Detail Planning and Organizing Initiative Education and Experience: B.A in Accounting or Business or equivalent work experience Minimum two years in accounting, with prior finance/accounting experience in French preferred.
