Ideal candidates will have at least one year of experience in corporate security, with a strong background in identity and access management. Position Overview:
Location: Mississauga, ON
Shift: Saturday 7:30AM-3:30PM and Sunday 5:30AM-2:30PM
Payrate: $19.50/hour
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform access control provision duties, verify and issue visitor badges and employee badges.
Escort medical staff including paramedics, police and firefighters when required.
Respond to medical emergencies and be prepared to perform CPR and AED if needed.
Unlock and lock doors for access by authorized persons.
Follow security breach procedures by notifying supervisors or other appropriate personnel when security breaches occur.
Perform foot patrols inside and outside the building on multiple floors.
Tech savvy, working on multiple systems.
Assist client employees with inquiries
QUALIFICATIONS:
Valid Ontario Security Guard License
Valid First Aid and CPR Certification
Excellent knowledge of computers.
Minimum 1 years of security experience, preferably in a corporate or concierge environment
Hands-on experience with access control systems and CCTV surveillance
Strong understanding of security protocols and emergency response procedures
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to work effectively in a team and deliver outstanding customer service
Flexible availability to work various shifts based on business needs
Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, professional setting
