Overview
The Blue Jays Baseball Academy is responsible for facilitating baseball skills programming in Ontario and across Canada in the spring and summer with the goal to nurture young people’s love of baseball and passion for the Blue Jays. This is accomplished through a variety of programs and for this role, specifically baseball skills clinics.
Ontario Clinics are one-day, four-hour baseball skills clinics for players aged 8-12 taking place at local baseball associations and little leagues across Ontario on weekends in the spring and summer. National Clinics take place nationwide in July and August as part of a week-long program blitz in specific cities across Canada in partnership with Jays Care Foundation.
As a Blue Jays Baseball Academy Instructor, you are responsible for teaching fundamental baseball principles through demonstration, practice, and skills development at clinics throughout the spring and summer, enhancing the overall experience at these events.
