Job Summary:
The Electrician is required to support SCI development, build new panels for fuel management systems, install devices, complete the commissioning process, and complete field repairs as required. The Electrician position highly impacts other business functions that depend on the accuracy and efficiency of the work being completed.
Schedule: Monday to Friday (8:00 am-5:00 pm), some overtime might be required. Meals will be provided if you are working in the field, and accommodation will be booked by the company. You will get the service truck.

What you will do day-to-day:
- Repair, maintain, install, and troubleshoot problems with electronic equipment.
- Design and build control panels for fuel management systems.
- Work on internal control wiring and integration of payment systems.
- Install and wire peripheral devices.
- Complete commissioning process to ensure equipment is in good working order.
- Program systems for deployment and installation on AFD tanks, mobile and stationery.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and keep maintenance records.
- Track materials are used to manage inventory.
- Maintaining a clean driving record and producing a driver’s abstract upon request
- Meet scheduling and on-call requirements (service calls, customer service, etc.).
- Ensure proper maintenance is conducted for the Company's tools, equipment, and vehicles used.
- Meet Company, Customer, and Legislative safety standards (i.e., personal protective equipment, equipment/material handling, etc.).
- Work with minimal supervision in remote locations alone and sometimes with no cell service.
- Takes initiative and demonstrates strong communication skills
- Other related duties as required or assigned.
What you need to succeed:
- 4+ years of electrical experience.
- Valid Journeyperson Electrician's License
- High School Diploma or GED required
Other Skills:
- Experience in the oil and gas industry would be an asset
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to solve problems and work unsupervised
- Understanding of controls and a series of operations would be an asset
- Advanced knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and e-mail required
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
