Position: Senior ERP System Analyst

The Senior ERP System Analyst plays a key role in maintaining, developing, and optimizing Quadra’s JD Edwards EnterpriseOne environment. This individual ensures system stability, oversees upgrades, enhances performance, and collaborates closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to support day-to-day business operations and drive future digital transformation initiatives.

What would be your main responsibilities as a Senior ERP System Analyst:
Collaborate with infrastructure and ERP teams to ensure the JD Edwards environment operates with maximum reliability, stability, and performance.
Coordinate CNC-related activities with the managed services partner, including package builds, deployments, and security configuration management.
Maintain the JD Edwards Job Scheduler and ensure all automated jobs and tasks run successfully.
Develop, enhance, and support custom JD Edwards applications, adhering to best practices in development and lifecycle management.
Manage and support Orchestration Studio and low-code/no-code solutions to enable automation and system integrations.
Create and maintain REST APIs and BSSV integrations with external applications and partners.
Oversee and maintain EDI configurations and ANSI X12 protocols, working closely with trading partners and 3PL providers.
Support functional teams across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Finance by developing and optimizing business processes.
Ensure compliance with SOX requirements and separation-of-duties policies, maintaining strong security practices.
Lead and coordinate system upgrades (e.g., R23+), ensuring continuous improvement in alignment with corporate objectives.
Collaborate with third-party tool providers such as QSoftware and AllOut for security and compliance audits.
Contribute to building internal subject-matter expertise and mentor junior team members in technical and operational areas.
What are the requirements needed to have success in this position:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
5+ years of experience with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne, including both technical development and system administration.
Strong proficiency with JDE development tools (RDA, FDA, etc.).
Experience in CNC administration, security management, and system configuration.
Proficient in SQL development, Data Access Studio, and relational database management systems.
Hands-on experience with Orchestration Studio, AIS, and integration platforms such as MuleSoft or Dell Boomi (MuleSoft preferred).
Experience developing REST APIs and BSSV integrations.
Solid understanding of JD Edwards EDI setup and ANSI X12 protocol management.
Experience with key JDE functional modules, particularly within Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Finance.
Strong understanding of compliance requirements, including SOX and separation of duties (SOD).
Experience with JD Edwards tools releases R23 or newer.
Previous experience in the chemical distribution or manufacturing industries is considered an asset.
Flexibility and availability to meet project deadlines and support critical system activities when needed.
Occasional travel may be required to collaborate with Quadra sites, vendors, or external partners.
Strong communication skills, teamwork, and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a hybrid work environment.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Compensation Information: The annual base pay range for this position is reasonably expected to be $85,900 to $145,000. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, education, and experience.
Base salary is only a part of the total rewards package - this role will also be eligible for a generous incentive program and full benefits.
