Job Summary
Working in collaboration with the Manager, Practice Enablement, the Project Manager is responsible forleading, coordinating, and overseeing the successful execution of projects across the organization. This role provides strategic direction, ensures alignment with business priorities, and drives the delivery of project milestones and outcomes.
The Project Manager directly oversees the Project Coordinator, providing guidance, assigning tasks, setting priorities, and reviewing all documentation prepared by the Coordinator. You will ensure the Coordinator’swork supports the overall project plan, meets quality standards, and contributes to successful project delivery.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and adaptable, with strong leadership abilities and the capacity to motivate and influence others in a collaborative, positive manner.
Key Accountabilities
Accountability 1: Project Leadership & Execution
Lead full project lifecycle activities, including planning, scheduling, execution, monitoring, and closure.
Establishproject scope, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resource requirements.
Assign tasks and provide direction to the Project Coordinator, ensuring project support activities are completed accurately and on time.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation such as project plans, resource schedules, budgets, and change logs.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, on scope, and on budget while meeting organizational goals and KPIs.
Accountability 2: Team & Stakeholder Management
Supervise the Project Coordinator, including workload assignments, prioritization, coaching, and quality oversight.
Facilitate collaboration and communication between project team members, leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders.
Lead effective project meetings, prepare agendas, guide discussion, and ensure actionable follow-up items are completed.
Influence and motivate teams to maintainengagement, accountability, and momentum.
Collaborate with internal partners to ensure alignment on timelines, requirements, and deliverables.
Accountability 3: Reporting, Governance & Risk Management
Review, validate, and finalizestatus updates, progress reports, and dashboards prepared by the Project Coordinator.
Present regular project updates to stakeholders and senior leadership.
Identify, track, and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and delays; develop and implement mitigation strategies.
Ensure adherence to internal governance standards, documentation practices, and project management processes.
Recommend and implement improvements to project methodologies, tools, and workflows.
