We are seeking a Senior or Intermediate Club Designer to join our Toronto-based design team for a premium private club project integrating sports, dining, wellness, and social spaces. The ideal candidate combines strong Revit/CAD skills with the ability to coordinate external consultants and manage drawing deliverables throughout design and construction.
What’s in it for you:
Intermediate: CAD 70,000 – 95,000 per year
Senior: CAD 95,000 – 130,000 + bonus (negotiable based on experience)

How you will contribute:
Prepare and coordinate architectural and interior drawings (Plans, Sections, Details, Construction Documents).
Develop and manage Revit models; coordinate consultants (structural, MEP, landscape, interior).
Review design documents and ensure alignment with building code and club function requirements.
Liaise with external architects, designers and contractors to resolve technical issues.
Participate in tender and construction phases; assist in shop drawing reviews and RFIs.
Maintain drawing quality and submission schedule to meet City requirements (SPA / Building Permit).
Support club management in translating operational needs into design solutions (e.g. locker systems, café layouts, sports amenities).
What you bring to the table:
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design or related field.
3-7 years (Intermediate) or 7+ years (Senior) of relevant experience in Canada preferred.
Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD; familiar with construction documentation and BIM workflow.
Knowledge of Ontario Building Code (OBC) and accessibility standards (AODA).
Strong coordination skills with multi-disciplinary consultants.
Excellent attention to detail and communication skills in English; Mandarin an asset for cross-regional coordination.
Demonstrates intermediate to senior-level professionalism and capable of independently managing project records.
