Key Responsibilities:
Define, build, and maintain operational and marketing-focused KPIs that align with business objectives
Act as a business partner to cross-functional stakeholders, with a strong focus on supporting Marketing, by translating business questions into actionable data solutions and communicating insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
Analyze marketing and customer datasets to identify trends, performance drivers, and opportunities for growth across acquisition, retention, and SEO
Evaluate customer segmentation, acquisition funnels, retention, and campaign performance to optimize spend, ROI, and channel efficiency
Leverage data from Google Analytics (GA), Google Search Console, Sensor Tower, and internal systems to understand consumer behavior and market trends
Partner with the CRO Manager to plan and assess A/B tests and experiments, ensuring insights are actionable and statistically sound
Deliver clear, data-backed recommendations to inform channel strategy, creative optimization, lifecycle initiatives, and overall marketing performance
Safeguard the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data used across reports, dashboards, and analytical models
Design and produce reports and dashboards using Tableau or direct SQL queries, with an emphasis on marketing analytics and campaign performance visualization
Work closely with data and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications, ensuring alignment between marketing goals and data solutions
Provide clear documentation for metrics, dimensions, and KPIs, and train stakeholders to use self-service BI tools effectively
Requirements
5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, marketing analytics, or a similar analytical role supporting Marketing, Growth, Performance, or CRM teams.
Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics, funnels, attribution, A/B testing, SEO, and campaign performance measurement.
Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and marketing data pipelines.
Strong proficiency with Tableau and a solid sense of effective data storytelling and visualization design.
Advanced SQL skills, including query design, data validation, and troubleshooting across multiple data sources.
Experience working with data warehouse technologies such as Redshift and BigQuery.
Demonstrated ability to perform root cause analysis, build/interpret data models, and identify actionable insights that improve marketing performance.
Ability to communicate insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders, tailoring messages for both technical and business audiences.
Nice to Have
Understanding of iGaming KPI and player behavior metrics
Working knowledge of Python for data analysis
Familiarity with paid media platforms (Meta, Google Ads), affiliate marketing tracking, or SEO tools
