What to Expect: The Demand Planner consistently evaluates the performance of both the statistical forecast and demand sensing and is actively seeking opportunities for enhancements. The Demand Planner will be facilitating discussions around demand input drivers to generate the enriched demand plan collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to incorporate key business insights into the forecasting process, and to enrich the statistical forecast based. Moreover, the demand planner in collecting all the inputs to create the different demand scenarios that will be evaluated during the Scenario Planning & Sign-off meeting. Demand planner is the owner of the signed-off demand plan (volumetric demand plan) for said assigned category A day in the life: The Demand Planner is responsible for developing accurate demand forecasts to support business objectives, optimize inventory, and ensure supply chain efficiency. This role collaborates with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to incorporate key insights into the forecasting process. Key responsibilities include analyzing demand trends, improving forecast accuracy, supporting the S&OP process, and driving continuous improvements in planning methodologies. Strong analytical skills, cross-functional collaboration, and proficiency in demand planning tools are essential for success in this role. Support of total NPS delivery for all businesses via solid forecast and demand planning performance. Ownership of several key cross-functional processes within MBP (S&OP and S&OE) Role Requirements: Experience: 3+ years in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain management. Experience in data analysis and reporting using tools like PowerBI, Tableau, or similar Understands local market, category, complexity & key stakeholders Proven track record of experience, results and optimization of Demand Planning/Statistical Forecasting management Strong exposure of Demand Planning Principles, Process and Best Practices; Tradition, and Digital forecasting enhanced strategies. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions Proficiency in using relevant planning software and tools. Understands local market, category, complexity & key stakeholders Proven track record of experience, results and optimization of Demand Planning/Statistical Forecasting management Strong exposure of Demand Planning Principles, Process and Best Practices; Tradition, and Digital forecasting enhanced strategies. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions Proficiency in using relevant planning software and tools. Preferred Skills: Strong or advanced technical knowledge in the following areas: Proficiency in demand planning tools (e.g., SAP IBP, APO, SAS, OMP. OSPREY), statistical modelling, data management Knowledge of product portfolio, brand profitability.
