The incumbent advises the business centre manager and management committee on certain strategic aspects of managing the business centre. He or she produces management reports, including accountability reports for decision-making bodies. He or she also plays a management role and works on projects and special mandates. More specifically, you will be required to : Take charge of integrating different solutions from the Federation. Help develop business strategies aligned with Desjardins Group strategic priorities and business centre needs. Conduct analyses and propose solutions for minimizing impacts. Coordinate organization-wide files and special projects of high importance to the business centre. Help the business centre manager facilitate and coordinate certain committees, major events, special projects and activities. Coordinate communication and representation activities with participating caisses. Develop, carry out and monitor projects and action plans based on strategic priorities and existing business positions. Monitor and analyze overall performance. Produce management reports, including accountability reports for decision-making bodies. Work on developing the business centre's overall salary budget. Perform workforce planning for the business centre. Efficiently manage HR skills development activities for managers and non-managers. Represent the business centre and Desjardins Group in the community as necessary. Monitor internal control and operational risks at the business centre, when required.
