As an admissions advisor, you will play a critical role in the student experience from the very first contact. You will support candidates, facilitate their decision-making and actively contribute to their success and integration into our institution.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective students and respond quickly to inquiries (phone, email, virtual platforms, in-person meetings);
Assess the needs of candidates and advise them on programs, schedules and admission requirements;
Ensure proactive and personalized follow-up of prospects, while documenting all interactions in a CRM;
Convert inquiries into confirmed listings and meet monthly and quarterly targets;
Organize, facilitate or participate in campus tours, open houses, fairs and orientation activities;
Collaborate closely with the marketing and recruitment teams to support promotional initiatives;
Accompany newly enrolled students and coordinate student, cultural and community activities as needed;
Ensure compliance with institutional and regulatory policies, including attendance, immigration and compliance.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
Bachelor's degree in Administration, Education, Communications, International Relations or related field;
1-2 years of experience in admissions, student service, or consultative sales (ideally in the education or language industry);
Proven experience in achieving sales objectives and converting leads;
Excellent interpersonal skills, listening skills and ability to accompany a variety of audiences;
Proactive attitude, organizational skills and ease with digital and CRM tools;
Motivation to contribute directly to the student experience and institutional reputation;
Fluency in French (oral and written);
Proficiency in English at a professional level (oral and written).
This role involves frequent interactions with internal and external customers and partners, both nationally and internationally. Professional proficiency in English is therefore essential.
