In this role, you will lead the optimization, governance, and continuous improvement of business applications that power our service operations. How You’ll Make an Impact Partner with Operations Field Service and business teams to analyze and improve end-to-end processes. Lead implementation and development for the Augmentir application in Canada. Align applications with strategic business objectives and service delivery goals. Document and optimize workflows to reduce inefficiencies and improve customer outcomes. Serve as subject matter expert for core business applications (Augmentir, Non-ERP Applications, Service Management platforms). Define and enforce best practices, standards, and governance frameworks. Develop and roll out UAT and training for application upgrades and enhancements. Establish and maintain data governance policies for accuracy and security. Oversee master data management processes for reliable decision-making. Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and introduce digital tools. Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines. Your Background Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. 5+ years of experience in business applications, process optimization, and data governance within a service-oriented organization. Strong knowledge of or ability to learn non-ERP applications including Augmentir, CRM, and service management platforms integrated with SAP S/4HANA, Salesforce, or ServiceNow. Proven experience in continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, ITIL). Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Strong communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts in business terms. Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in Canada.
