SUMMARY
The Host/Hostess is an essential member of the front-line team, contributing to customer service excellence. The Host/Hostess is responsible for greeting casino guest, responding knowledgeably to customer inquiries about the menu, services and features of the casino.

JOB DUTIES
- Interacting with the casino guests and responding knowledgeably to inquiries about the menu, prices and other services and features of the casino.
- Accurately placing customer orders and communicating clearly to the kitchen staff any special requirements.
- Maintaining a clean work area and performing general cleaning duties.
- Seating guests and making them feel welcome at all times.
- Meeting and exceeding our guest’s expectations on a regular and consistent basis.
REQUIREMENTS
- At least 18 years of age.
- Able to maintain a security clearance.
- Available to work evenings and weekends.
- Must be customer service oriented.
- Friendly outgoing reliable individual
- Willingness to take on new challenges
- Work in a fast paced environment
WORK CONDITIONS
- Prolonged standing during the 8-hour shift.
- Reaches, bends, squatting and lifting
- Cleaning work area and areas after late night food is served
- Work with little to no supervision
