City: Toronto What you will do: The Building Operator must be able to interpret building drawings and will be required to ensure all building systems, (HVAC, fire alarm, electrical, building automation, plumbing, etc.) are operational and must be able to trouble shoot to make repairs as needed or arrange for 3rd party service providers to execute repairs or trouble shoot as deemed necessary. Furthermore, the building operator will carry out preventive maintenance on building HVAC equipment and perform scheduled fire alarm system tests and inspections as necessary as well as carry out general building repairs (doors, drywall, painting, ceiling tiles, carpet, etc.) as the need arises. Lastly the building operator will be available to address any requests generated by home office employees and provide resolutions in a timely manner.
