YOUR FUTURE TEAM
Dayuse is looking for its future Market Coordinator to join its North American team based in Montreal. The objective of this team is to drive Dayuse's performance in this strategic market. You will be the guarantor of operational excellence and the privileged point of contact for hundreds of our hotel partners, thus ensuring the fluidity of our operations and the region's growth.
YOUR IMPACT
As Market Coordinator, you will be responsible for the optimization and daily management of a large portfolio of (small and medium) hotel partners across North America. Your impact will be direct: by ensuring productive relationships and deploying key operational projects, you will be a pillar of the team's performance. You will transform inbound requests and proactive contacts into growth opportunities, negotiating better offers (rates, inventory) to increase our partners' revenue and, consequently, that of Dayuse.
YOUR DAILY MISSIONS
Pilot the day-to-day management of a diverse portfolio of (small and medium) hotel partners across North America.
Act as the main point of contact for all inbound partner requests, building strong relationships and providing quick, effective solutions.
Proactively contact high-potential partners to analyze and improve their performance (optimizing offers, rates, time slots, allocations).
Deploy strategic operational projects for the region, ensuring follow-up and execution.
Collaborate closely with the Account Management and Acquisition teams to streamline onboarding and offer loading processes.
Support the team's productivity through data analysis, creating relevant reports, and sharing recommendations.
Create and deliver various trainings and webinars for our hotel partners and answer their technical requests.
Enforce appropriate partner behaviors in line with Dayuse standards and support the Finance team with necessary actions.
YOUR PROFILE
You have previous successful experience in account management, operations, or in the hospitality sector (e.g., front desk, guest relations, operations manager).
Experience in the digital travel industry (OTA) is ideal.
Your English is native or perfectly bilingual (required). French is a strong plus.
You have an excellent familiarity with North American business culture.
Hard Skills: You are proficient with Google Suite and Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and possess strong analytical skills.
Soft Skills: You are recognized for your organization, attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and diplomacy. You know how to convince and negotiate with tact.

Contract: Full-time permanent position (CDI)
Compensation: $65K (Fixe + Variable)
