Fournir des conseils et de la formation aux membres de l’équipe sur les processus de planification et d’analyse financière. This role involves developing financial plans, conducting in-depth financial analyses, and providing strategic insights to support decision-making. The Manager will work closely with senior management and the finance team to ensure accurate financial forecasting and budgeting. Responsibilities Develop and implement financial plans and budgets to support the organization's strategic objectives. Conduct detailed financial analyses to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement. Prepare and present financial reports and forecasts to senior management. Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with other departments to gather and analyze financial data. Provide guidance and training to team members on financial planning and analysis processes. Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures. Skills Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting. Effective communication and presentation skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office applications. Certifications Education Bachelor's degree in related discipline.
