We’re growing our construction team and looking for a Construction Project Manager to help deliver exceptional projects from start to finish.
About the Role
As a Construction Project Manager, you will oversee all aspects of residential landscape construction projects—including scheduling, planning, materials, subcontractors, quality control, and client communication. You are the operational driver who keeps projects moving efficiently, safely, profitably, and to Landmark’s standards.
This role reports to the Construction Manager and works closely with designers, subcontractors, and construction crews.
What You’ll Do
Manage day-to-day execution of all assigned construction projects
Create and maintain project schedules and workflows
Coordinate crews, equipment, and subcontractors
Order materials, track deliveries, and monitor usage against budgets
Conduct regular site visits to review progress and quality
Maintain accurate daily logs, timesheets, and project updates
Provide proactive communication to clients and internal stakeholders
Ensure compliance with safety policies and site protocols
Support the estimating team with takeoffs and project planning (as needed)
Approve timesheets, equipment hours, and subcontractor invoices
Track project performance and ensure jobs meet timeline and budget targets
What We’re Looking For
3–5+ years of experience in construction project management (landscape construction experience is a strong asset)
Strong understanding of hardscape, softscape, carpentry, grading, drainage, and site construction
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Proven ability to lead crews and manage subcontractors
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
Competency with technology (LMN, Monday.com, QBO, or similar platforms)
Class G license with clean driving record
A proactive, positive, solutions-oriented mindset
