Our Sr. Project Manager role is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated self-starter to grow and advance their career at an innovative, Fortune 200 leader. In this key role, you will independently manage medium to complex engagements, leading all aspects of service delivery from inception to completion. Typical projects include deploying mainstream and emerging technologies with hybrid-infrastructure, cyber security, network, modern workspace, and business transformation verticals. As a Sr. Project Manager, you will partner with some of the most dynamic, strategic, and talented professionals working in IT today. Leveraging strong relationships with Sales, Technical SME, Operations teams, and other CDW business units, you’ll act as a point-person and project advocate to ensure successful project completion. What you’ll do Analyze and validate project scope and effort estimates and manage change order process Ensure scope is delivered in full and with quality throughout the project life cycle Be accountable and responsible for project profitability and monitor, interpret, and communicate project budget Develop communication plan and execute on it utilizing existing templates Establish, monitor, adjust, and communicate tasks and associated schedule to project team Identify, document, track, and communicate project risks and issues and assist in bringing to resolution or mitigation Lead and facilitate internal and external meetings, adapting communication style and medium to fit audience needs Be fiscally accountable to the client, the project and to CDW Deliver engaging, informative, and well-organized presentations/executive briefings as required What you need to succeed Must-have Bachelor’s degree in business or computer related field or equivalent experience Hold an active Project Management Professional (PMP) and/or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification 8+ years of experience in managing projects within a matrix organization to implement medium to large IT projects Excellent working knowledge of Project Management Methodology and Software Development Life Cycle Proficiency with tools such as ServiceNow, Salesforce and/or other PMIS software Nice-to-have Advanced ITIL Certification at the Practitioner or higher level Other industry standard certifications in project management and/or ITSM Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification through the Scrum Alliance Experience We make technology work so people can do great things.
