Temporary position for 18 months Are you a strategic thinker with strong influencing skills and a keen eye for detail? We’re looking for a Manager, Business Analysis and Solutions to join our team for an 18-month mandate. In this role, you work closely with the IT Division and Business Architecture department regarding the Desjardins Agent Network (DAN) by managing resources, setting priorities, and delivering projects successfully. You’ll leverage your deep knowledge of the DAN to make quality decisions, build effective teams that will represent the network in their prioritization and evolution. You will help in carefully selecting projects, your ability to influence others and strategic mindset will be critical. You will work in close partnership with other sectors/departments to create and manage the macro-allocation process, evolution backlog, and project delivery. More specifically, you will be required to: Define and prioritize system evolution for the Desjardins Agent Network by building strong partnerships across divisions. Collaborate with IT sector and Business Architecture teams to manage the macro-allocation process, evolution backlog, and project delivery. Support your team with work organization, operational planning, and special initiatives. Develop and track the action plan, ensuring alignment with organizational strategies. Establish communication and management practices that foster change management, employee engagement, and diversity. Oversee projects and activities to achieve business objectives and ensure member and client satisfaction. Successfully manage individual and team performance while continuously improving processes, promoting Desjardins Group’s cooperative values, and representing the organization through business intelligence activities.
