KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage document filing, data entry, and records (physical/digital) Assist in scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, and office supply inventory Handle phone calls, emails, and internal communications Company events coordination and support GRADUATION ASSIGNMENT GOAL/ TOPIC: Observe inefficiencies in current administrative workflows and utilize office tools to streamline tasks. Qualifications & Requirements University student from any discipline (Fresh graduates are welcome) A passion in our brands and industry!
