Job Description: Under the direction of the Manager and the Area Supervisor, the Home Care Nurse will be responsible for providing Nursing services to urban/rural Home Care clients.
Human Resources Exemption: No
Education
Graduate from an approved School of Nursing.
Current registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS).
Current BCLS certification.
Experience
A minimum of two (2) years recent related nursing experience is required.
Community nursing experience is an asset.
Previous experience working with children an asset.
Other Education and Training
Nursing diploma is acceptable
Other Information
Must possess a valid driver's license and have a vehicle available for work.
Travel allowance is provided.
