En savoir plus sur le poste Nous vous offrons une opportunité d'emploi passionnante qui vous permettra d’illuminer le chemin en tant que Spécialiste des systèmes à Montréal ou Toronto au sein de Cooper Lighting Solutions, une unité d’affaires de Signify, le leader mondial de l’éclairage. Programmer, former les utilisateurs finaux et valider les systèmes de contrôle d’éclairage. Gérer la mise en service des systèmes et assurer la coordination interne avec les chefs de projet pour la planification et la coordination sur site. Vérifier et confirmer la réception de toutes les informations pertinentes avant toute visite (contact sur site, horaires d’accès, restrictions, documents de mise en service, déplacements, etc.). Rencontrer les électriciens et les entrepreneurs généraux pour leur présenter nos procédures de mise en service, adaptées aux spécificités du projet. Compléter la documentation requise (rapports de site, feuilles de mise en service, rapports d’incident, etc.), suivre les étapes du processus, résoudre les problèmes avec rigueur technique et informer le responsable d’équipe des améliorations possibles. Assurer le support client à distance en utilisant les outils et processus Cooper : SVI, système de tickets, guide de support technique et feuilles de calcul. More about the role This is an exciting job opportunity for you to light the way as a System Specialist in Montreal with Signify. Cooper Lighting Solutions. is a business unit of Signify, the world leader in lighting. Responsible for programming, training end users, and signing-off on lighting control systems Handle all system commissioning and internal coordination with the Project Managers for scheduling requests and site coordination Review and confirm receipt of all relevant site information before visiting site (site contact, access hours and restrictions, commissioning documents, travel arrangements, etc.) Meet and inform electrical contractors and general contractors our commissioning walk-throughs and procedures based on project specifics Completion of proper documentation (site reports, commissioning spreadsheets, incident reports, etc.) must follow process steps, resolve issues systematically with engineering rigor and inform the Team Lead of possible improvements to the process where necessary Support customers remotely using Cooper's processes and tools for technical support, including IVR, ticketing system, technical support playbook, and spreadsheets.
