This is a role well suited to an experienced cardiovascular sonographer interested in working with digital learning platforms and to plan and coordinate complex individual or group training courses and webinars in domestic and international settings to a variety of CV Ultrasound audience types. As a Field Clinical Trainer in Structural Heart Disease as part of our Cardiovascular Ultrasound Interventional-Professional and Clinical Education (PaCE) Team, you will have the opportunity to: Create online curriculum for healthcare professionals to help them learn how to use their systems. Develop training materials related to product functionality, product demonstration and product installation with product and marketing development teams. Collaborate with product marketing to help develop product messaging and identify appropriate clinical segments and applications. Coordinate complex individual or group training courses and webinars in domestic and international settings to a variety of audience types. Develop and implement interactive workshops, exercises and role play scenarios applying adult learning principles. Demonstrate and maintain product knowledge, commercial scanning proficiency and presentation skills to create images for presentations, product demonstration, and to provide instruction in product and clinical applications. Research trends and clinical knowledge of new and emerging clinical applications to support in the development of training materials and delivery of training. Oversee and collaborate with marketing, product development, trade shows and sales activities as requested to support overall ultrasound business need. Administer remote or on-site clinical support for global luminaries and clinical marketing activities. Take part in knowledge exchanges with our clinical education, R&D department, and other internal teams in our global organization to enhance our current educational offerings and recommend future solutions for our ultrasound customers. MS Office Software (Word, PowerPoint, MS Teams, Excel, and Outlook) Customer and team orientation. Organized and enjoy working on multiple projects. Medical device industry experience. Conducting individual and group technical training courses and activities for employees and customers. Evaluating and obtaining training programs and materials from external vendors. Development of new course materials and preparing cost calculation of training. Performing training or organizing and supervising training services for clients. Reviews feedback and modify / revise course materials as instructed. May provide technical support in case of complaints. Below are the required skills and clinical proficiencies to have for success in this role: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in clinical ultrasound, Medical Device Technology Industry and knowledge of 2D/4D TTE and TEE imaging. Experience with Intracardiac Echocardiography (ICE) is preferred. ARDMS/CCI certification in echocardiography is mandatory. Demonstrated expertise in transcatheter procedures is essential. Experience in training physicians, sonographers, and technologists on device handling and troubleshooting techniques related to equipment for device implants is required. Collaborate with product development teams to offer insight on device features and the development of new devices. Background in interventional cardiology or cardiac catheterization lab is necessary. High proficiency in multiplanar reconstruction (MPR) is required. In-depth knowledge of cardiovascular science and the processes related to valvular heart disease is essential. Completion and maintenance of vendor credentialing for onsite collaboration support is required. Experience in creating educational training materials and delivering presentations, including PowerPoint slides, quick guides, and procedural workflows, is essential. Strong presentation and communication skills, with a proven ability to address objections and manage conflicts effectively. Familiarity with Articulate or other online learning platforms is preferred. Detail-oriented with a proven ability to work independently and deliver high-quality results on multiple projects with minimal supervision. The base pay range for this position is: Min $123,120 - Max $184,680 Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
