The Front of House Hospitality Leader oversees all guest-facing operations to ensure an exceptional, seamless, and memorable experience for every guest. This role combines leadership, service excellence, and operational management to create a warm and welcoming environment from the moment guests arrive to the moment they depart.
The Hospitality Leader manages and mentors the front-of-house team—such as hosts, servers, bartenders, and support staff—ensuring high standards of service, professionalism, and engagement. They coordinate daily operations, anticipate guest needs, address concerns proactively, and maintain smooth communication between departments to uphold service consistency.
About the Role
We are seeking an energetic, service-driven Front of House (FOH) Hospitality Leader to oversee all guest-facing operations and ensure every guest receives an exceptional and welcoming experience. This role is perfect for someone who leads by example, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, motivate, and support all front-of-house team members including hosts, servers, bartenders, and support staff.
Deliver an outstanding guest experience by maintaining high service standards, addressing guest concerns, and anticipating needs.
Oversee daily FOH operations, including guest flow, reservations, seating, and ambiance.
Train, develop, and coach team members to ensure consistent service excellence.
Foster a positive, professional, hospitality-driven culture.
Monitor cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company policies and service standards.
Collaborate closely with kitchen/back-of-house leadership to ensure smooth, efficient service.
