Who We Are
For more than six decades, our organization has partnered with over 44,000 unions, associations, and member-based groups across North America. These partnerships include teachers, nurses, veterans, first responders, public service workers, and many other essential professionals who keep our communities running.
Our purpose is simple yet meaningful: to help their members understand the supplemental benefits available to them, answer their questions, and ensure they feel supported and protected. The families we speak with aren’t random leads — they have already requested our guidance. That means no cold calling, no pressure tactics, and no soliciting.
Every conversation we have is genuine, intentional, and focused on helping people make confident decisions about their coverage.
What You’ll Be Doing
In this position, you’ll play a key role in helping working families feel more secure and better informed. Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

Following a structured, proven training system designed to help beginners succeed quickly
Working toward personal and team-oriented goals, with clear advancement paths for those who are driven and want to grow into leadership roles
This is not a high-pressure or aggressive sales environment. Your role is to educate, support, and guide families so they can make informed choices with clarity and confidence.
