Key Responsibilities:
Become familiar with our current product lines and clients
Selling HVAC products, equipment, & service parts to clients
Schedule in person meetings with existing & new clients
Prospect new accounts: Guelph/KW/Cambridge Corridor
Work closely with inside sales, purchasing, logistics to serve our clients in a timely manner
Provide exceptional customer service
Maintain and flourish relationships with existing and new clients
Prepare, propose, follow up on quotations
Maintain receivables, follow up with past due accounts
Maintain accurate records of all sales prospecting activities
Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience in a sales role
Minimum High school diploma
Strong computer knowledge
Excellent problem solving, and communication skills
Self-starter, self-motivated, entrepreneurial spirit
Team player capable of managing multiple priorities daily/weekly
High level of commitment to exceptional customer service with previous sales experience
Ability to work both individually, remotely, and in a team environment
Candidates must have valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle
HVAC experience is considered an asset, not mandatory
The individual will work closely with teams within the Parts and Aftermarket department as well as all internal departments.
