Key Responsibilities Content Creation & Strategy Write and edit core content for our Secure Communications solutions. Craft blog posts, web content, social media updates to captivate our target audience. Collaborate with stakeholders to tailor content to business needs and audience preferences. Proofread and edit all content to ensure quality, accuracy, and alignment with brand guidelines. Research & Insights Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, target demographics, and competitors to inform and refine content strategies. Stay updated with emerging marketing tactics and tools to maintain a competitive edge. SEO Optimization Learn and apply the latest SEO best practices to ensure content is optimized for search visibility and performance. Analytics & Reporting Monitor content performance using data-driven tools like Google Analytics. Report on key success metrics and provide recommendations for strategy enhancements. Collaboration & Teamwork Partner with other writers, designers, videographers, and other team members to create compelling multimedia assets. Communicate cross-functionally within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Required Skills To thrive in this role, you’ll need the following skills and qualities: Exceptional Writing Skills: You’re able to create clear, concise, and persuasive content across a variety of formats. Attention to Detail: Skilled at catching errors in grammar, spelling, and formatting before publication. Research Savvy: You know how to gather and synthesize data to create insights to enhance content strategies. Strong Social Media Skills: Familiarity with LinkedIn and YouTube platforms, and Social Media Management tools like Sprout Social. Collaboration & Communication: A team player who can work effectively across different departments. Initiative & Self-Motivation: A proactive self-starter who takes ownership of tasks, anticipates needs, and drives projects forward with minimal direction. AI Tools Experience (a bonus): Experience in using AI tools to enhance content creation.
