We’re looking for a Human Resources Summer Student to join our all-star team. We’re looking for:

What you’ll do:
Here is a sample of what your workdays may look like:
Champion NorthRiver’s culture by supporting inclusive and effective HR initiatives.
Contribute to recruitment and onboarding activities.
Assist with organizing and updating learning management system (LMS) files to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Contribute to data integrity efforts by auditing training records and implementing updates to the learning management system.
Assist in planning and coordinating corporate and student events.
Provide communication coverage when required.
Support office efficiency by scanning and uploading documents into organized electronic filing systems.
Provide coverage for the HR inbox and respond to inquiries in a timely, professional manner.
Support the team with other duties as required.

What you bring:
Required
3rd year student enrolled in a Bachelor’s Degree program in Human Resources, or related field.
Experience with HRIS systems, Learning Management Systems and SharePoint would be considered an asset.
