Key Responsibilities:
Brand(s) Management & Consistency
Support and execute branding programs identified by the VP of Strategic Growth to achieve strategic goals for all companies.
Ensure all forward-facing communications, marketing materials, and sales centre installations are on-brand, current, and aligned with strategic direction.
Review and approve creative assets, including social content, campaigns, and collateral, prior to publication.
Collaborate with People & Culture (HR) on initiatives that strengthen our culture both internally and externally.
Market Intelligence & Research
Provide regular updates on competitors, market conditions, current bonuses and emerging trends.
Gather and analyze customer insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.
Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure product offerings remain competitive and aligned with buyer needs.
Marketing Excellence
Lead the development and execution of annual marketing calendars in partnership with the Director of Sales & Leasing.
Lead marketing projects from inception through completion, ensuring timely delivery, strategic alignment, and ongoing oversight from the VP of Strategic Growth.
Manage agencies, consultants, and internal teams to translate project vision into effective campaigns and collateral, including developing clear creative briefs, overseeing production, and ensuring quality, alignment, and brand consistency.
Assist in preparing yearly marketing budgets.
Procure advertising placements, negotiate media buying, and ensure appropriate contracts/subcontracts are in place.
Prepare monthly marketing performance reports, including traffic summaries, media effectiveness, lead capture, and key drivers.
Coordinate the design, testing strategy, and implementation of all email marketing
Monitor emerging marketing technologies and trends, including AI-driven solutions, to implement automated workflows that optimize campaign efficiency, improve targeting, and reduce operational costs.
Continuously bring forward new marketing ideas, channels, and innovations.
People Leadership
Provide direction, coaching, and mentorship to the marketing team to support individual growth and high performance.
Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and open communication within the team and across departments.
Online Brand Management
Oversee all Company social media channels, including content planning, posting schedules, and performance monitoring.
Manage the Company’s online resources, including websites, social platforms, online chat, reputation management, and digital advertising.
Ensure website brand, messaging, and content remain accurate, relevant, and optimized for lead generation.
Community Excellence
Ensure that all communities, sales centres, and on-site signage are visually appealing, professionally presented, and aligned with brand standards.
Regularly visit sales centres and communities to monitor presentation, provide guidance, and ensure marketing standards are maintained.
Lead community-based marketing activities and events that enhance the companies brand and elevate the customer experience.
Support the launch and promotion of new products and communities.
