Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Provide clients with clear, accurate information about programs and services
Address coverage questions and guide members through their options
Stay informed about updates to products and benefits
Review existing plans to help clients choose the most cost-effective solutions
What You Bring
Background in customer service, sales, or similar roles (an asset, not required)
Ability to build trust and maintain strong client relationships
Strong multitasking and time-management abilities
Positive, professional attitude
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
