As a Visual Presentations and Communications Advisor, supporting Communications and Business Development Solutions for Group Insurance and Savings, you will provide graphic support for various presentations and communications aimed at clients, intermediaries, and plan members, always ensuring quality and meeting deadlines. Your organizational skills and proactivity will be an asset as you share ideas and contribute to problem-solving within these projects. Interpersonal skills will also be essential, as you will collaborate with stakeholders across different complementary areas. More specifically, you will be required to: Preparing and coordinating the production of presentations for advisors, clients, and members, in collaboration with various partners (business development and operational sectors). Working with communication writers and project managers to develop branded visual communications for plan members, intermediaries, and clients. Applying accessibility guidelines in communications and brochures. Consolidating and integrating feedback from various collaborators and performing quality control on the final communication/presentation. Setting priorities, planning, and coordinating various presentation and communication projects. Ensuring mandate parameters are understood and deadlines are consistently met. Demonstrating creativity in applying the company’s graphic standards.
