As a Business Development Manager, you’ll drive growth by identifying new on-site guarding opportunities and building strong client relationships across diverse markets. This role requires a proactive, customer-focused professional who thrives on prospecting and delivering tailored security solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
· Generate new business for protective services and integrated solutions.
· Prospect and qualify organizations needing security programs.
· Collaborate with operations to design coverage and procedures.
· Prepare proposals, pricing, and respond to RFPs.
· Maintain CRM data and market intelligence.
· Ensure solutions meet client needs and company standards.
Qualifications:
· Degree or equivalent experience.
· 2+ years in B2B sales, ideally in service industries.
· Strong communication, presentation, and time management skills.
· Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and lead generation.
· Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
Travel:
· Flexible within region as required.
Base salary range: Starting at $80,000 CAD per annum, commensurate with experience
