As we continue to grow and strengthen our commitment to delivering exceptional trust and fiduciary services, we are seeking two roles, a dedicated and detail-oriented Trust Officer and Senior Trust Officer to join our team. Successful candidates shall report to either a Fiduciary Director or a Senior Trust Officer and will be responsible for the management of a portfolio of international trust and company structures in accordance with constitutional instruments and company policies and procedures.
What Are We Looking For? Essential Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in accounting, business, law or related discipline.
A minimum of five years of relevant experience in offshore trust and corporate services with working knowledge of managing complex, multi-jurisdictional structures.
TEP and/or other relevant professional designations preferred; willingness to pursue and obtain an industry designation.
Working knowledge of the Bermuda Companies Act 1981, the Bermuda Trusts Act 1975 and other relevant offshore trust and company legislation.
Practical knowledge and experience with Anti-Money Laundering/Anti-Terrorist Finance legislation, compliance obligations and risk based due diligence requirements policies and
Strong relationship management skills with the ability to interact confidently. Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, problem solving and critical thinking skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines and maintain accuracy in a fast paced, deadline driven environment, demonstrating strong organisational and time management skills.
Exceptional work ethic and demonstrated ability to be flexible and adaptable to varying levels of complexity of work.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
