What are your contributions to the team?
In your role, you will:
Lead an engaged and experienced team of salaried employees towards delivery of critical parts supporting our aircraft in service, assembly lines, manufacturing sites and external customers
Assume all HR responsibilities of the team, including the relationship with Tech Mahindra and their team supporting our activities
Ensure the conformity of logistics processes and employee training in alignment with Bombardier’s Quality System
Foster a culture of excellence supporting production activities
Clarify roles & responsibilities of your team with internal stakeholders
Coordinate your team’s activities across other functions within the organization
Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives and ensure deployment of our Operational Excellence system
Coach your team to develop their talent within the organizatio
Optimize the sharing of knowledge and best practices throughout the organization
How to thrive in this role? Skills, knowledge & experience :
You have experience in planning and master the usage of ERP systems.
You hold a bachelor’s degree in operations management, logistics, industrial engineering, or a college diploma with over five (5) years of experience in a logistics team.
You have minimum of two (2) years of experience in management.
You have excellent management skills.
You have good judgment, you are results oriented, able to work under minimum supervision and you observe tight delivery deadlines.
You have extraordinary flexibility and are passionate about non-recurring work activities
You are fully bilingual (English and French) written and spoken
You have previous project management experience, would be an asset.
