The role
As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you will play a critical role in crafting and implementing our software platform's user interface. Your mission will be to build intuitive, responsive, and performant web applications that bring our decarbonization platform to life.

What you will be doing
Design, build, and maintain high-quality, scalable frontend features and user interfaces for production web applications.
Lead architectural decisions and contribute to frontend best practices, coding standards, and system design discussions.
Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver seamless, user-centric experiences.
Drive performance, reliability, and accessibility improvements, using modern tooling and data-driven insights.
Mentor and support team members, providing code reviews, technical guidance, and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For
Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with a track record of working effectively in cross-functional teams
5+ years of experience building production web applications, with a strong focus on modern frontend development.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, TypeScript, and hands-on experience with React
Strong understanding of modern web technologies, including responsive design, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
Proven ability to lead technical projects, drive architectural decisions, and mentor other engineers.
Bonus: experience optimizing web performance, including bundle optimization, caching strategies, and profiling.

Work Authorization: Authorization to work in Canada is required.
Location: This is a hybrid role requiring 2–3 days of in-person collaboration per week.
