Intern, HR Business Analysis
This is a full-time summer internship lasting from May 11, 2026, until August 28, 2026.
Job Summary
The Intern, Human Resources Business Analysis intern is responsible for supporting the HumanXperience project in Human Resources
Major Responsibilities
Business Analysis Support
· Assist the transformation team in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business needs to support process and technology changes
· Support stakeholder meetings by capturing notes, organizing input, and assisting in the documentation of business requirements under guidance from the project team
· Assist in the development and maintenance of project documentation, including business cases, requirements specifications, and process flows
· Support the analysis and validation of business processes and systems to identify opportunities for improvement
· Participate in project meetings, providing updates on assigned activities
· Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for project stakeholders
Internal Practices & Team Support
· Contribute to improving how the transformation team organizes its work and manages knowledge
· Help maintain shared team resources such as documentation templates and project folders
· Support ad hoc research, benchmarking, or background analysis for project initiatives
· Participate in continuous improvement discussions to enhance team collaboration tools and processes
Job Descriptions Clean-Up
· Contribute to the standardization and migration of job descriptions to the Job Profile Builder tool, ensuring data quality and alignment to the new framework
· Inventory and assess the current set of job descriptions to identify duplicates, gaps, or outdated content
· Review and align job description content to the new job architecture template
· Assist in tracking progress of job description reviews across teams and functions
· Support data entry and migration activities in the Job Profile Builder tool
HR Content Assessment
· Support a content audit across HR digital platforms to identify what exists, where it lives, and what needs to be improved or retired
· Conduct an inventory of HR content across platforms (SharePoint, ESS/MSS, HR portals)
· Document content location, ownership, usage patterns, and update frequency
· Identify outdated, redundant, or missing content
· Assist in summarizing findings and making recommendations for content cleanup or migration
Requirements
· Excellent project management skills
· Excellent communication skills, including writing skills
· Fluent in English and French
· Ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously
· Ability to align with numerous stakeholders across all levels of the organization
· Knowledge of Microsoft Office
Education
· Working towards a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or an equivalent
