This role offers the opportunity to shape exceptional digital experiences for B2B and SaaS products across multiple platforms. The UX Designer will work closely with product managers, developers, and cross-functional teams to translate user needs into intuitive, engaging designs. You will lead user research, develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs, and ensure consistency across digital products. This position encourages creativity and innovation while providing a flexible, remote-friendly work environment. Accountabilities:
Plan and conduct user research to inform design decisions and improve user experiences.
Develop and maintain user journeys, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
Collaborate with product managers and developers to translate user needs into actionable design solutions.
Define and enforce UX standards, style guides, and design consistency across products.
Facilitate cross-disciplinary meetings, design sprints, and creative brainstorming sessions.
Manage multiple design tasks and meet project milestones independently.
Organize and share design assets for seamless collaboration with other designers and teams.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in UX or product experience design.
Proven experience designing for B2B and/or SaaS products.
Strong portfolio demonstrating successful design solutions.
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or Zeplin.
Experience designing complex interfaces, mobile applications, and graphic elements.
Skilled in user-centric design processes and rapid prototyping.
Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
Attention to detail and commitment to producing polished, high-quality work.
Optional: University degree in User Experience Design or related field.
