Your Responsibilities
Develop monthly and annual production plans for the factory and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Manage order fulfillment for finished goods and service parts, including Available to Promise (ATP) availability checks.
Produce direct material forecasts, oversee order code demand and lead integration activities within the company's Order Fulfillment process..
Conduct dealer stocking analysis, lead monthly dealer calls and manage Dealer Support center inquiries.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Supply Management, Engineering, Logistics, Marketing) to support new product programs and process integration.
What Skills You Need
3 or more years of experience performing Order Fulfillment activities in a Heavy equipment manufacturing job site.
2 or more years experience preparing and delivering S&OP metrics, presentations, and dealer communications professionally.
2 or more years of experience using ERP tools for order management: SAP, Comar, MOCI, Power BI, and Excel.
Strong knowledge of production planning, scheduling and order management.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills for external and internal stakeholder engagement.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
What Makes You Stand Out
Leveraging AI features in Word, Excel, and Outlook for forecasting and reporting, summarizing data, and automating communications.
Expertise in complex formulas, pivot tables, automated data transformations, and VBA macro scripting.
Experience in material flow, inventory control, or replenishment strategy.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field OR minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience
APICS CPIM/CSCP certification preferred.
