Smart Apartment Data is hiring an Enterprise Account Manager with experience in client success, B2B account management, and SaaS/data analytics.
This is a remote role available Canada-wide, supporting enterprise clients in the real estate analytics space.

About the Role
The Enterprise Account Manager is responsible for understanding client needs, maintaining strong relationships, and ensuring continued satisfaction and retention. You’ll collaborate closely with the executive team to deliver tailored solutions and manage accounts with professionalism and care.
Responsibilities
Provide onboarding and ongoing training to enterprise customers
Conduct prospecting, lead generation, and close new business opportunities
Map out client organizations and identify key decision-makers
Collaborate with executives to resolve client issues promptly
Manage the full sales cycle and achieve monthly sales goals
Prepare quotes, proposals, and deliverables for prospective clients
Negotiate contracts to establish strong, lasting client relationships
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
Minimum 2 years of experience in account management or related role
Excellent command of the English language (spoken and written)
Strong critical thinking and attention to detail
Passionate, proactive, and a fast learner
Customer service–oriented mindset with strong communication skills
Reliable work-from-home setup: strong internet, quiet workspace, presentable background, webcam, and noise-cancelling headset
Base Pay: CA$5,000/month + incentives
