Hiring Now: DFC Quality Control Analyst II Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 CAD annually, DOE Location: Hybrid - at least two days on-site weekly (Woodbridge, ON.) Pfaff Leasing Quality Control Analyst II Quality Control Analyst II plays a critical role in ensuring that Pfaff Leasing’s operations meet internal standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices. This role supports the organization’s compliance and risk management framework, with a focus on quality assurance, anti-financial crime controls, and continuous process improvement. Operating independently, the Analyst will identify issues, recommend solutions, and escalate concerns when necessary. Responsibilities Conduct scheduled quality reviews of departmental processes, procedures, and workflows in accordance with the policies and procedures. Identify, document, and report non-conformities and deviations from policy or regulatory standards. Collaborate with department managers to test and validate corrective actions, ensuring timely and effective resolution. Recommend enhancements or additional controls to strengthen operational integrity. Support the development, implementation, and testing of the regulatory compliance program across the organization. Assist in preparing training materials and delivering sessions on AML/ATF/KYC/EDD topics relevant to the auto financing and leasing sector. Contribute to regulatory reporting and internal compliance updates for senior management and external agencies. Perform risk assessments, monitoring, and surveillance activities to ensure controls are proportionate to identified risks. Conduct transaction monitoring, customer risk rating, and name screening; provide advisory support to business units on risk mitigation. Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) for new systems and applications. Stay current with regulatory changes and assess their impact on business operations. Take ownership of assigned tasks, escalate issues appropriately, and follow through on remediation efforts. Skills and Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Compliance, or Audit (preferably in financial services). Strong understanding of Canadian AML/ATF regulations and FINTRAC reporting obligations. Proven ability to implement process improvements and drive operational efficiency. Experience in cross-border communication and collaboration (Canada and USA). Skilled in developing and delivering compliance training programs. CAMS certification or equivalent experience with a FINTRAC reporting entity is preferred. Competencies Acts ethically, takes initiative, and follows through on commitments.
