The Consumer Base Management team is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to lead the strategy and implementation of 4P initiatives for the Special Bases portfolio.
Special Bases focuses on customer retention and churn management for strategic cohorts that require specialized treatment paths - whether due to competitive market dynamics, critical customer experience factors, emerging market shifts, or other risk indicators that demand tailored engagement strategies.

What we'll accomplish together
You will be a central figure within TELUS Consumer Solutions, collaborating with diverse cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Your primary responsibility will be to develop comprehensive 4P approaches and work with the marketing manager to ensure excellent market execution.
As a natural proactive leader, you will work with multiple stakeholders and business units to drive awareness of these programs, evolving the program to meet current market dynamics while also delivering exceptional business outcomes. You will play a critical role in our base management strategy, embracing ambiguity and initiating opportunities to develop this role to its full potential.
Here's how you'll contribute
Strategic Ownership
Own end-to-end strategy development and implementation of 4P approaches for all special bases initiatives
Evolve programs to meet current market dynamics while driving measurable business outcomes
Identify white space opportunities and develop net new initiatives that move the needle
Innovation & Execution
Continuously introduce fresh ideas and innovative approaches that advance the portfolio
Partner with Marketing Managers/Specialists to craft compelling campaign plans and ensure flawless multi-channel execution
Enable frontline teams with the tools and insights they need to succeed
Collaboration & Influence
Work with cross-functional stakeholders to analyze performance, extract actionable insights, and identify improvement opportunities
Build compelling narratives and present findings confidently to diverse audiences, including including senior leadership
Secure leadership buy-in through exceptional storytelling, data-driven recommendations, and strategic negotiation
Qualifications
You're the missing piece of the puzzle
5+ years experience in marketing, ideally within wireless consumer businesses
Self-starter with strong initiative and the ability to navigate ambiguity effectively
Proven experience garnering buy-in from all levels of a large organization including senior leadership through strong storytelling, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to cultivate strong stakeholder relationships to enable successful co-creation of initiatives that yield positive business outcomes
Excellent attention to detail with an ability to manage multiple projects and programs efficiently
Proficiency in analytic tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Domo) to interpret data and formulate actionable recommendations
Extensive experience leading cross-functional teams on complex projects or campaigns
