Visual & Listening Technician – Contract
The Visual & Listening QC Technician ensures hearing aids meet Sonova’s quality and performance standards before shipping. This role performs visual, listening, and functional inspections, identifies non-conforming products, and supports overall QC processes in alignment with ISO guidelines.
Responsibilities:
• Inspect work orders for accuracy• Perform visual cosmetic checks on hearing aids• Conduct listening checks to verify sound quality• Execute Wireless Functional Tests (WFT)• Assemble custom tips and earmolds with hearing instruments• Document and report non-conforming products• Support overall QC activities in accordance with ISO quality procedures
More about you:
• 2+ years of experience in hearing aid manufacturing• Strong attention to detail with good hand–eye coordination• Basic computer skills; SAP knowledge is an asset• Organized, reliable, and able to work independently• Effective communicator who works well in a team• Problem-solving mindset with ability to spot inconsistencies• Professional working proficiency in English
