Drive strategic transformation: Align network initiatives with RBC’s Distribution Strategy, translating vision into modular, flexible environments that support seamless client and employee experiences. Optimize complex operations: Balance day-to-day performance (maintenance, safety, operational rigor) with long-term transformational goals, prioritizing investments and resources across regions. Navigate a highly matrixed environment: Collaborate with senior leaders across Markets, National Office, PNS, Corporate Real Estate, and external vendors to integrate diverse perspectives and deliver enterprise-wide outcomes. Champion client-centric execution: Ensure every decision—from premise design to cost management—reflects the needs of clients and employees, delivering delight in every interaction. Lead and develop a high-performing team: Mentor 30+ professionals, fostering innovation, ownership, and agility to simultaneously achieve operational excellence and transformative change. Ensure robust program oversight: Implement standardized tracking, risk management, and reporting practices to monitor progress, escalate critical issues, and maintain alignment with strategic objectives. What do you need to succeed? Must have: Proven leadership in large-scale physical network operations or transformation, with experience managing complex, multi-site environments. Strategic mindset with a track record of executing business-critical initiatives in matrixed organizations. Exceptional collaboration and influence skills, with the ability to align senior stakeholders and cross-functional partners. Strong operational discipline and financial acumen, balancing cost optimization with client/employee experience priorities. Client-centric approach with a passion for delivering high-quality, innovative physical environments. Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams in dynamic, fast-paced settings. Advanced project management and risk mitigation expertise, with a focus on execution excellence. Nice to have: Direct experience in banking, retail, or commercial real estate. Familiarity with RBC’s Distribution Strategy or Canadian banking landscape. Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, Engineering) or certifications in project management (e.g., PMP). What’s in it for you?
