Il participe également de façon occasionnelle aux séances de médiation auprès de la CNESST, Division des Normes du travail et des représentations devant le Tribunal administratif du travail division des relations du travail. Il peut aussi est également appelés à fournir des avis juridiques dans ses domaines d’expertise. Responsabilités principales : Analyser les dossiers transmis par les conseillers en SST au Service juridique; Représenter les clients de TELUS santé devant le Tribunal administratif du travail, Division de la Santé et Sécurité du travail (SST), incluant la conciliation. Effectuer des recherches jurisprudentielles Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les conseillers en SST à l’interne Effectuer des représentations devant le Tribunal administratif du travail, Division des relations du travail (RT) (actes réservés aux avocats) Assister les clients lors de médiation auprès de la CNESST division des Normes du travail (actes réservés aux avocats) Des représentations devant le conciliateur-décideur de la CNESST Fournir des avis juridiques dans ces mêmes domaines d’expertises (actes réservés aux avocats) Rédiger articles destinés à l’interne et à l’externe. Participer à la formation des conseillers en gestion SST Autres responsabilités: Révision de dossier pour conseil sur l’orientation des dossiers Répondre aux questions des autres services relatives à l’application de la LATMP et autre législation connexe Tâches administratives diverses telle l’inscription des indicateurs de performance, demande de transmission de sondages, etc. Vous possèdez Détenir un certificat ou un baccalauréat en droit, en ressources humaines, en gestion des relations industrielles ou dans toute autre discipline pertinente Posséder plus de 5 ans d'expérience dans le domaine de la santé et sécurité du travail et/ou en droit administratif et/ou en droit du travail Expérience démontrée de représentation au TAT (audiences) Avoir accès quotidiennement à une voiture et détenir un permis de conduire valide Posséder des aptitudes informatiques ; les connaissances de SharePoint, Microsoft Teams et de la Suite Office 365 constituent un atout A bit about us We’re a people-focused, customer-first, purpose-driven team who works together every day to innovate and do good.
