What will you do?
Sales and Marketing collaboration: works closely with sales, marketing communications and product teams to drive and measure execution of brand campaigns and promotional offers in the field.
Owns market intelligence, sourcing needs from the field and competitive activity to inform marketing campaigns.
Supports both marketing and field to ensure flawless execution of growth initiatives. i.e. Rebates administration
Develops and executes local initiatives with the regions. i.e. home shows and events
Leads forecasting efforts for promotional items, offers and new products.
Leads bi-weekly regional connects that drive collaboration, plans execution and demand generation.
Manages local budget and field-facing sales.
What do you bring?
5-7years’ experience in marketing or sales with specific focus on consumer markets and driving customer acquisition and/or attrition initiatives. Home comfort or adjacent industries experience an asset.
Agency & Vendor Management: Experience managing creative and media partners to deliver on time and on budget
A strategic thinker with proven ability in growing sales through team collaboration
Project Management skills, proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple campaign and projects.
Equally comfortable in performing strategic work and tactical/execution.
Strong ability to build relationships, drive change through influence and keep people accountable
Analytical, familiar with Data Analysis.
Comfortable with ambiguity and matrix organizations.
Demonstrated ability to work with internal sales groups and internal marketing communications group.
Business degree or equivalent.
